Beyond Academics
Though academics is our prime focus, the extra-curricular and co-curricular activities are given equal importance to help the holistic development of our students. The students have access to various Indoor and outdoor games like table tennis, badminton, cricket etc. Dramatics, seminars, elocutions, paper presentations etc. provide launching pads for developing the threshold energy to switch over to higher level orbits. Cultural programs, science exhibitions, events involving inter-college participation channel their wandering energies and augment their enthusiasm. This year an education trip was also organized to visit Manali where various management game/activities were conducted.

Sports
Physical activities/Sports have been holding the same importance for character building as education. Keeping in view of the said quote, a well-stacked sports-room has been dedicated to the students of hostel to remove rough edges from their personality. Facilities for games like Billiards, Table Tenis, Badminton, Volley ball, Basket Ball are provided for complete charging of batteries.

Foreign languages
Foreign languages are windows to the world. That is why we have incorporated learning of foreign languages as part of our curriculum. This enables our students to get their employability enhanced through a global outlook. They can then fly higher when they go out to face the stiff competitions from their peers. Language lab has been fitted with necessary apparatus to understand and grasp the intricacies of foreign languages. At ABESIT, English, Arabian, French languages are being taught.

Attendance
Students are required to attend all classes and should strive to have 100% attendance. In any case, to appear-in semester examination the student must have a minimum of 75% attendance in each subject, as is mandatory as per guidelines of UP Technical University, Lucknow.

Discipline
Discipline acts as spinal cord for success of any institution. We denounce disobedience against any staff member, or violation of the code of conduct in any form. Any act of in-discipline is dealt with fairly and promptly.

Ragging
Ragging in any form is not allowed and punishable act vide Hon'ble Supreme Court of India Order, dated 16-05-2007 record of proceeding section XI073327 defaulters will be dealt strictly as per Supreme Court order. If any incident of ragging comes to the notice of the authority, the student, concerned, shall be given liberty to explain and if his / her explanation is not found satisfactory, the authority may expel him/her from the Institution.

Student-Support Cell
One of the main agenda of ABES is to provide a conductive and a comfortable environment and create a home away from home for the students. Keeping this in mind facilities like STD booth, Medical Inspection room, Stationary shop, hygienic canteen etc, are provided. A qualified and experienced counselor has been appointed to guide the students.
